Greeting in the Name of our LORD and SAVIOUR

JESUS CHRIST

Peniel Mission of India is an indigenous, interdenominational organization established by a few believers in Kunnamkulam, who were deeply interested in Gospel work and Evangelism. This occurred in 2002 as a response to the Lord’s vision for evangelization. In the early stages of its establishment, the organization was named ‘Peniel Prayer Fellowship’ which was later changed to ‘Peniel Mission of India’, to focus on the mission outlook.

The mission has a two-fold ministry namely, evangelization for the people in India and the welfare of the underprivileged sector of our society. After prayerfully starting its activities by organizing the fellowship meetings and the charity work in many parts of Kerala, in 2012, God opened the door for the mission to start its first outstation work in Prakasham District in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Later, God helped and directed the mission to extend the missionary activities to the adjacent State of Telangana.

At present, by the Grace of God, we have 20 mission fields in Andhra Pradesh and 10 mission fields in Telangana. Currently, the Peniel Mission of India has 16 missionaries working in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Besides, we have launched initiatives for the well-being of tribal children and appointed three female missionaries for that purpose. Since 2002, we have been seeing a transformation in hundreds of lives, both spiritually and socially.
